How the journey works
We coordinate every stage so you only focus on recovering.
Virtual consultation with the evaluating physician, definition of your package, submission of prior exams and signing of the informed consent. We confirm the method is right for your case before you buy the trip.
We welcome you and take you to your lodging. The first day is for rest and orientation, with an in-person welcome session with the unit director.
Intensive plan: 13 sessions across the week, integrating the three disciplines. Smärtgel and the Cero Dolor App included. 24/7 support.
Final session with the clinical team and recommendations to sustain results at home.
Medical tele-checkup at 30 days and continued access to the Cero Dolor App.

Frequently asked questions
Packages range from USD 1,900 (Essential) to USD 4,500 (Premium), with the Standard (USD 2,950) the most chosen. All include the 13 sessions of the Cero Dolor Method over 7 days, Smärtgel, the Cero Dolor App and the Kit PRO. From Economy up, coordinated lodging and transfers are added. Airfare is separate.
There are no hidden costs. Each package has a fixed price we confirm in writing during the virtual assessment, with its exact list of inclusions. The only thing no package includes is airfare: you buy it yourself or ask us to arrange it for USD 75.
The first step is to book the virtual assessment (USD 150, partly credited to your package). In it you meet your evaluating physician, we review your case and confirm whether the method is right for you before you buy the trip. We recommend starting several weeks ahead to coordinate dates and logistics.
It depends on your nationality: many countries do not require a visa for short tourist stays in Colombia. In the virtual assessment we review your specific case and guide you on entry requirements before you book the trip.
Yes. We meet you on arrival, coordinate lodging and transfers with trusted providers, and you have 24/7 support throughout your stay. The Cero Dolor Method is delivered by an interdisciplinary team with 10 years of documented clinical practice, and each case is assessed individually.
The clinical team is responsible for care within the unit, and the Economy, Standard and Premium packages include medical travel insurance. Because the method is drug-free as its axis, it involves no surgery or anesthesia. Once home, the 30-day medical tele-checkup follows up on your progress.
It is not essential. Our international patients are usually Spanish-speaking or travel with family who speak Spanish; if you need it, we arrange an interpreter (included in the Premium package and available in the others depending on your case). We also hold the prior virtual consultation in your language when possible.
Yes. The Premium package already includes a companion; in the Economy and Standard packages we add one as an optional supplement. Many patients travel accompanied, and we coordinate lodging so your companion can stay with you for the 7 days.
We accept international payment in US dollars (USD). The process starts with the virtual assessment (USD 150, partly credited to the package); we confirm the package payment details and dates in writing during that same consultation, with no surprises.
We give you the cancellation policy in writing and clearly when you book, before any package payment. That way you know exactly what applies if you need to cancel or change your dates.
